| Typical operating temperatures for D-CLEAN 1000 range from room temperature to 85° C (185° F). For exceptionally heavy soils or waxes, the higher temperatures may be required.
Typical operating concentrations of D-CLEAN 1000 range from 0.5 ounces/gallon to 6.5 ounces/gallon in water (0.4% to 5.0% by volume) and will depend on soil load, operating temperature and cleaning equipment used. Tap water or RO water may be suitable for most applications. However, purified water may be required for complete removal of biological impurities that may be present in tap water (i.e. endotoxin). Universal Fine Chemicals, Inc. can assist you in determining the optimal cleaning conditions and provide recommendations based on your current usage of any competing commercial products.
